We are doing a CRM Archiving project for various objects (activities, opportunities, salesorders, service orders etc).
Our issue is we found that there are same document numbers from diffrent fiscal years ex: 1000000041 in both (2010, 2015).
This is probably because the number ranges were reset.
did someone come across a similar situation? .
With archiving we can restrict the documents to be archived with residence time set in CRMORDERARC.

Hi Experts,
I have added a new sale org in my SAP CRM 7.0 Integrated system but same is not visible in BP choose sales area screen.
I have followed below steps:
1.I have downloaded newly created sales org from R/3 to CRM.
2. Mapped same to new corresponding created sales org in PPOMA_CRMan enabled it for determination.
3. Assigned all combination of dist cha. and div. (TUpel).
4. In Tcode OOATTRCUST I have checked its was already enabled for sale and service scenario.
5. In BUSD I have refreshed all BP sub screens buffers.
6. Regenerated Indexes for all organization and positions.
7.Run report HRBCI_ATTRIBUTES_BUFFER_UPDATE.
I have also checked table CRMM_BUT_FRG0080 org search help and table SMOTVKOV. New org and combination is visible here. but when I checking the same in BP sales area screen its not viewing there.
Please suggest if I missed anything.

Accidentally an account merge was started in our CRM system. All documents (activities, leads, opportunities, quotations) were transferred to a wrong account and we need to undo this merge by reassigning the documents back to the original account.
Has anybody faced this situation ? Our idea is to analyse the BAL log and to write an appropriate program.

With reference to the OSS note:580226, to control the deletion of Inbound/Outbound Delivery. First we have to add activity ' 06 ' to the object:V_LIKP_VST. In our authorization roles do not have activity ' 06 ' as shown above, so how to add ?

In SAP S/4 hana have centraliza business partner.
i want to upload Customer using Customer/vendore integration through business partner i am using bapi FICU_BUPA_DARK_MAINTAIN_INTERN to create customer master.
i have create a test case for bapi but city and Country is required feild.
MSG no R1304
Required field City has no entry ADDR1_DATA-CITY1
Required field City has no entry ADDR2_DATA-CITY1
Required field Country Key has no entry ADDR1_DATA-COUNTRY
Required field Country Key has no entry ADDR2_DATA-COUNTRY
But i have enter city and Country in structure in T_BUT020
Please find attached screen shot for ref.
Please help where i am missing city/ Country.
if anyone have source code of this bapi please share with me.

I´m doing a Date Profile for the request delivery date in a Sales Order.
The Date Profile must be at header level. Automatic determination is TODAY + 1.
Also this Data Profile must accept manual changes for later dates.

When an address is deleted on BP master data, address number on Sales Document is changes. I need the previous address number.
For exp.
1001 BP Number
BP has 3 address, address numbers are 11111,22222,33333
I create a sales doc, set 1001 as sold to party, and select 33333 address. When i check CRMV_LINKPARTNER table, i am able to display 33333 is used at this sales doc.
Then i delete the 33333 from BP master data.
33333 (address group = BP ) is deleted and a new address 33355 (address group = CRM1) is generated by automatically
When i check CRMV_LINKPARTNER table again, 33355 is set instead of 33333.
I need previous address number - 33333. Is there anyone who face that requirement before?

Where can I assign sales cycle to my opportunity type in IMG ?. is there any transaction code or IMG path ?.
2.Copied action profile 'opportunity sales assistant' and created Y_opportunity sales assistant and assigned this action profile to my opportunity type , also created action definition in action profile. Where and how I can link my newly created opportunity action profile to my sales cycle ?. So that I can choose activities in sales assistant in opportunity.

We have CRM 7.0 and ECC integrated.
WE are creating our pricing config in ECC.
Downloading the pricing config to CRM.
I have created a sales order in CRM webclient UI.
But I had to change the Pricing config in ECC.
Downloaded the changed pricing config into CRM.
I updated the quantity on the sales order created earlier as mentioned but the pricing is not recalculating based on new conditions that are downloaded.
I have to click on the reprice in LIne item for the new pricing to appear.
Why is this?
is this standard?
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

After upgrade of CRM 5.0 to CRM 7.0 Ehp2, what happens to IPC related setting? are there any manual settings required after upgrade for pricing/condition master data replication form ECC to CRM? What is the impact of upgrade on IPC pricing?
As per the upgrade guide "the Internet Pricing and Configurator (IPC) functions for pricing has been integrated in the Virtual Machine Container (VMC) of SAP NetWeaver 7.0. It is not required to install SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java to run the Java applications for pricing, since these are now processed on SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP only".

I have maintained all material determination settings in ECC and download this to SAP CRM with conditions DNL_CUST_PDD and DNL_COND_D001.
I think all product substitution customizing is ok, but in crm web ui this is not working. So this is not convert the my target material in CRM web ui.
