Information related to Z Transaction Type

Dear Experts,

  We are using SAP CRM 5.0. Someone has created Z Transaction Type. We want to know who has created Z transaction Type.

I did not find any table who stores the information who creates and changes any z transaction type.

Please let me know how can we find this information.
