Hello SAP-Experts,
we are working on a SAP CRM 7.0 EHP2 System and try to implement the following business requirement:
We create a sales quotation with a number of positions (e.g. 2 positions with 5 sub-positions each) in CRM, which is processed by different departments within our organisation.
Finally, when the quotation is released, it is replicated into ERP.
In ERP we create a sales order with reference to one position of the quotation. ERP now says this position (of the quotation) is completed. But somehow this information is not replicated back towards CRM.
We also do not see any docflow information in CRM concerning the created sales order.
Can anybody help?
