Hi everybody,
is there any standard way to influence which activity categories a certain user group is offered in CRM? We have two groups of sales personnel and only one of them shall be able to choose a certain activity category. I could just manipulate the Web UI DDLB but this is a quite dirty approach. Is there a way to authorize this by using a certain BAdI? As I didn't find a standard authorization object for activity categories, I guess that I need to check this is in some customer own coding.
Would be great if somebody could provide me a hint.
