Copy control For Lead Document

Help pls!

1.When I create a lead document with reference to another lead document. Questionnaire is being copied , however , information in questionnaire is not copied.

But we need to copy information in questionnaire also to new lead document. How can I achieve it ?.

2. Currently , no attachment document are being copied to new lead document when we create a new lead document with reference another lead document,but we need to copy attachment also new lead document. How can I achieve it?.
