Hello All,
I have replicated the material from ECC to CRM however now when I am entering the material in the product id when creating the complaint transaction in CRM the system throws the below error.
Could not Determine pricing procedure.
Configure Product ( The material number which got replicated)
Pricing Procedure could not be determined.
I have maintained the relevant settings under Define Pricing Procedure Determination in CRM where the sales organsation in SD is maintained as the org unit which is defined in ppoma_crm
Relevant Document Pricing Procedure is assigned to the transaction type complaint
Customer Pricing Procedure is also maintained along with division and distribution channel.
I have assigned all of the above in crm( Sales Area, Customer Pricing Procedure and Document Pricing Procedure to the standard pricing procedure 0CRMBP ,
Please advice how this error can be resolved.
