We have a problem with de sales order in SAP CRM 7.0. for IC. The ATP check at level item is not working. we implement the next settings:
In SAP R/3
We activate the business transaction events (BTEs) for Availability Check Using SAP R/3. To set this indicator in SAP
R/3:
- Use transaction FIBF
(SAP Business Framework: Business Transaction
Events) - Choose Settings ® Identification ® SAP applications.
- Enter the following data:
In SAP CRM
1.Define Middleware Parameters: Availability Check Using SAP
2.Define Perfil ATP
3. Assign the ATP profile to an item category.
Whe we try to check the availability of the product the sistem returns the next message:
"Availability check was performed for item 10"
But at item level the "Availability" Column display a red indicator, and the column for "Confirmed Qty" doesn't display information.
Is important to say that we have enough stock in ERP system, the availability check should be green.
Do you know if missing something to customize?
