I am unable to install the groupware synchronization software in CRM UI

Hi Expert,

I am unable to install the groupware synchronization software in CRM UI.Please find the attached image in this install button is disable.my system have Microsoft outlook 2013 and Microsoft visual studio tools.

please check once and let me know what is problem.
