Hi, all!
I need send automatic e-mail notification via crm actions when delivery creates in sap ecc and change item status in sap crm. I maintain action determination for create doc (100000) and change doc (100001). But i stopped by this issue: When delivery create in ECC and status changes in crm sales order item - action doesn't determine. Action determine only if i change crm sales order manually.
How i can fix this?
